Bringing a pet to Egypt: import rules
Cairo is the primary Egypt pet relocation endpoint, with smaller volume into Alexandria. The General Organisation for Veterinary Services requires an import permit, microchip, current rabies vaccination, and authenticated health certificate. The route is workable with the right local handler, and arrival at Cairo International involves a routine vet inspection.
