Dogs and cats entering the Philippines need a veterinary quarantine clearance from the Bureau of Animal Industry, arranged before the pet flies.
Import clearance from the Bureau of Animal Industry, issued before departure.
Microchip, rabies vaccination and other vaccination records, checked against the destination's timing rules.
A veterinary health certificate issued close to departure and endorsed by the exporting country's authority.
