Relocating to Bangkok or Phuket, or leaving Thailand with your cat or dog? We coordinate the airport quarantine steps, the export documents and the flights for both directions.
Your pet's origin or final destination must be Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore or Vietnam. Transit alone does not qualify. As long as Thailand is the origin or final destination, the other country can be anywhere.

What a Thailand move usually involves
This overview helps you prepare before you speak to a coordinator. The final checklist is built for your route, airline and pet.
Moving to Thailand
Pets entering Thailand are checked by the Department of Livestock Development's animal quarantine station at the airport of arrival.
Import approval or notification to the airport animal quarantine station.
Microchip, rabies vaccination and other vaccination records, checked against the destination's timing rules.
A veterinary health certificate issued close to departure and endorsed by the exporting country's authority.
Inspection on arrival, usually at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi.
Moving from Thailand
Pets leaving Thailand need an export permit and health certificate from the Department of Livestock Development, matched to the destination's rules.
Export permit and health certificate from the livestock department.
Some destinations ask for a rabies antibody (titer) test and a waiting period, which can add several months.
Destination import permit, where required.
Airline booking as cabin, checked baggage or cargo, depending on the airline, route and pet size.
What most often changes the plan
Many airlines only carry larger dogs as cargo out of Bangkok, and snub-nosed breeds have extra restrictions. We confirm the airline before the documents are timed.
Send the origin, final destination, target month and your pet's profile. We confirm the route is in scope and map the Thailand requirements for your direction of travel.
Step 2
Document sequence
We order the microchip, vaccinations, any testing, health certificate and permits so everything is still valid on the flight date.
Step 3
Airline & flight
We check which airlines accept your pet on this route, as cabin, checked baggage or cargo, then lock the date.
Step 4
Arrival
Our partners coordinate the quarantine inspection, customs and handover at the destination.
It depends on the airline, the route and your pet's size. Small pets are sometimes accepted in the cabin; larger dogs usually travel as cargo. We check the options for your exact route.
I am moving from Thailand to the US. Can you help?+
Yes. Thailand is the origin, so the route is within our coverage. We coordinate the Thai export steps and the US arrival requirements together.
Which routes do you cover?+
We coordinate moves where the pet's origin or final destination is Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore or Vietnam. The other country can be anywhere, subject to route availability. A transit stop in one of these countries does not qualify on its own.
What do I need to send for a quote?+
The origin and final destination, your target month, the pet's species, breed, age and weight, and any microchip and vaccination records you already have. That is enough for a first route check.
