Every carrier on the itinerary has to allow pets in cabin, the carrier has to meet that airline's dimensions, and the combined pet and carrier weight has to sit under their limit. Cabin places per flight are also capped, which is why booking early matters more here than on cargo moves.
We check all of that against the exact route before quoting. If one leg refuses cabin travel, we say so and plan manifested cargo from the start, because a refusal discovered at the gate is the worst place to find out.
