Beware of scams using the Pet Travel name
We have received reports of scammers using the Pet Travel name and logo. They message people from a different WhatsApp number, offer a free cat for adoption as long as shipping is paid, then ask for extra fees such as insurance.

Signs of a scam
- Offers a pet for adoption or sale. Pet Travel Asia only provides pet relocation services.
- Asks you to pay into an e-wallet (DANA, OVO, GoPay and others) or into someone else's account.
- Asks for extra fees partway through, such as insurance, quarantine or a pet “on hold”, from a number other than +62 811 2640 797.
- Uses a similar name, such as “Pet Travel Cargo” or “Pett Travel”, with a different WhatsApp number.
If you have already paid
- Do not send any more money, even if you are promised a refund.
- Contact your bank or e-wallet as soon as possible and ask them to block the receiving account.
- File a police report, including screenshots of the chat and the transfer receipt.
- Send the screenshots and transfer receipt to our WhatsApp so we can report the number as well.
